This is not an Office question, so you should post in an Outlook Express
newsgroup.

an alpha list of the groups available on the MS web interface. Scroll down
to outlookexpress on the left and click the + button to see the two groups.
If you'd like to actually set up the groups so you can get to them from
Outlook Express, click this link
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general That
will set up the Microsoft news server in OE for you with
outlookexpress.general available. Then you can right-click
"msnews.microsoft.com" in OE and choose Newsgroups to subscribe to others if
you want.
