Margin Markers

Is there a way to remove the grey brackets that are the
margin indicators in Page Layout view? I find them
annoying. I'm using Word 2003 with Windows XP Pro.

Abe,

START>All Programs>Microsoft Office Tools>Microsoft Office2003 Language
Settings and disable any East Asian languages appearing in the enabled
languages window
