The top margin ruler indicator shows that there is no margin. The page setup
shows that there is a margin. Print preview shows the margin and when
printed it has the margin. How do I change the top margin indicator on the
left side so that it reflects the page layout settings. The problem is not
on all documents, only the newest created documents.
