Margins

I am only seeing the print on the page, I would like to see the margins also
my indention on the paragraph is so far over how do i change it to be only 5
spaces on the paragraph

In Report Design View, you can see all the borders of the objects (Text
Boxes, Labels, &c.) on your page. You can see where they are relative
to the margins by turning on the Ruler and/or the Grid (via View -->
Ruler or View --> Grid).

How close to the edge of the page you can print will depend on your
printer's settings.

To see the margins (in Print Preview mode) or to print them, you can
draw a line ("Line" object in the Toolbox) along each margin you want to
be able to see.

Concerning paragraph indentation (I assume you're in a Label or Text Box
or similar control here), you can select the control containing your
paragraph and set the Left Margin property to a new value.

Are you using the Microsoft Access(TM) database program, or - as seems
more likely - Microsoft Word? If the latter, please scroll down the
list of programs and repost your question to a Word newsgroup.
