Incoming mail that has been auto-placed into the deleted folder by Outlook's
"Rules and Alerts" should be marked as read. We have a spam filter at work
and all incoming email marked "spam" are re-directed to my delete folder. I
spend too much time looking at my Outlook because of an email notification
(folder paced in tool bar tray), because of email spam.
