mark local site as up to date

Hello, I am trying to find the 'smart way' to let FrontPage know that my
local files and remote files are all in sync without having to re-copy the
entire site.

This was the sequence of events:
1. I set up my new PC and had to FTP my entire site to the local drive.
2. I used FrontPage to make some minr mods
3. I went to sync by doing LOCAL -> REMOTE
4. Because of some timestamp issue (i guess ftp get did not bring over
the time part of the date/time stamp...)
5. So now, FRontpage thinks that all my local files are 'In Conflict'.
The only way I can see to get Frontpage to realize that both sides are the
same is to do a copy through Frontpage - very slow and very unnecessary.

Any help/tips would be appreciated.
Thanks
Shankar
