Mark messages read when?

Outlook 2007
I have my unread mail listed in the top window with the preview pane
underneath. I know there is a setting to tell Outlook to mark the message
as read after highlighting for X number of seconds but I can't find it.
Outlook is marking the message as read after just a few seconds, I'd rather
it gave me more time before doing so.
