mark unread but in a COLOR?

Is there a way to mark an email in the inbox to a color rather than just
re-mark it as unread and have it showing in bold and black?
I know about colored categories but that doesn’t define much.
What I want to do is mark an email that I have already read but want to
refer back to it so I want to color the whole subject line in a different
color than black. Is there such a feature in Outlook version 2010?
