mark-up issue

I edited a document for my bosses and when I open it up it automaticall
stays with an enlarged right margin where the edits (comments) used t
be. How can I make it so when I open the document, the mark-mode i
not in effect in any way. The final markup is complete. Thanks!!

Have you accepted all changes and deleted all comments?
