We have two users with Outlook 2003 accessing a shared mailbox homed on an
Exchange 5.5 box. Problem is that when one user opens a message, it takes up
to one minute for the process to show the other user watching the mailbox
that this same message has been opened - and she goes ahead and opens it too
- so both users respond when only one needs to... Any suggestions? I checked
the KB but cannot find a specific article which addresses this.
