Marker Events - how please?

I have "Marker Events" working fine here.

I send the visio app to my customer and they do NOT see them.

We are both running win XP (me on SR1 them on ?)
and we are both running Visio 2002 SR1 build 10.0.2514

I have run the "Visio Event Monitor" from visio 2002 SDK
and I can see that Marker Events are generated on my machine
but when I they run the code the tool shows that their system does
generate "Marker Events".


How to I "switch on" marker event generation on an
already installed visio 2002 SR1?
