Marketing Campaign loses salutation in business contacts

I am trying to use marketing campaigns to produce a mail merge document for
labels, except that I lose the salutation (Mr / Mrs) on its way from BCM to
word. This field does not show up as a possible for a manual link either.
Has anyone else found this, or am I doing something wrong. Otherwise it
needs a change. Please !
