I am using Outlook 2007 business manager. My ISP only allows me to send 200
e-mails per hour, I thought by picking the time, my e-mails would go as
scheduled - every 1hr 30minutes, but they are not sending.
The only thing I can think I did wrong is I didn't hit launch because I
thought if I did that, it would try to send upon clicking.
Please help.
