I have a question about licences, specifically, I would like to purchase
Office 2003 Small Business and install it on my desktop computer as well as
my laptop. I have been unable to find out if I purchase a full type package
(retail) if I will be able to this. I am unable to answer this question from
information on your website.

Please advise.

Also it is very unclear where a question like this should be directed in
your website.
