MARKETPRO Font

I have a Word 2003 doc which contains MARKETPRO text and so far I can't
manipulate it. How can I change the text to Arial or Times New Roman
without getting a bunch of little symbols? Why can I save it on one computer
within my home office network, pull it up, read it fine and then pull it up
on another computer and have the text show up as sysmbols?
