Marking a task as unread

Using Outlook 2003 with SP1. Not able to mark a task as
unread. On another machine with Outlook 2003 (no SP1) we
can mark a task as unread via Edit and Mark as Unread.
This version does not have this option on the Edit menu.
It's also not available via customizing the toolbar for
Tasks. Is there a way to Mark a task as unread with
Outlook 2003 w/SP1.
