marking slides

Hi!
here is my scenario:

I have a set of ~60 slides.
I want to use it for different presentations, each using a different subset
of these slides.

Is there a possibility to mark each slide to which presentation it belongs
(e.g. overview, details etc.)
And to filter automatically for the presentation to show only the pages that
are relevant for
the given presentation? (Ands the same for the handout?)

Have you looked at Custom Show. This should do what you want.

You need to set up costom shows (slide show > custom shows) add the relevant
slides to each custom show and then use slide show > set up show to play back
custom presentations as required.
