Mass deletion of old calendar entries in Public Folders

Chappy

I'm using MS Outlook 2003 SP3 under Windows XP connected to an
Exchange server.

We have some calendars in Public Folders that we use for booking
meeting rooms and the like. I have Owner privileges to these
calendars.

We've been using one particular calendar since 2001 and I'd like to
delete all the old entries. Presumably they're just taking up space
on the server.

Is there a way of deleting blocks (months or years) of calendar
entries in one go. I've tried, but I seem to have to delete the
entries one by one.

My current technique is to control-click up to 14 dates that have
bookings (dates in bold), then to control-click the individual
bookings on all of those days to highlight them, then delete them.

Is there a better way?

Ciao,
Chappy.
