mass e-mail from query

hi, i have created a query with [client name], [e-mail address] and a chk box
to identify whether the client wants to receive a news letter set to include
all clients if true.

my question is how do i get a command button to take the selected e-mail
addresses and then put all of these in the bcc line of outlook and if
possible have the clients first name in the message section which would go to
the correct e-mail address (ie, the name steven, goes to his e-mail address
only) is this possible at all.
