Massage is mangled when switching from plain text to HTML text

If after I have composed a message in plain text I try to convert it to HTML text, Entourage mangles the message, usually dropping the last line or two completely and sometimes repeating previous lines.

This may be a font-related problem.

1) Open Font Book, select all the fonts and choose Edit>Resolve Duplicates.

2) Quit any running Office applications and delete the following file:
~/Library/Preferences/Microsoft/Office 2008/Office Font Cache (12) (where
"~" stands for your user folder).

Restart your Mac, and see if the problem has gone.
