massive .pst transfer

Hello All,
I have a huge 5gb .pst file. I want to transfer it from my desktop to my
laptop.
This file is sooooo important to me. I have backed it up, but i want to
transfer it without damaging it - anyone know how?

I have to wonder why anyone would want a 'single' data file with that much
data on it.
Being sooooo important you have verified your backup?

Burn the PST to a DVD (while Outlook's closed).
