Master elemets in front of picture

I need to have master elements (top with logo) laying on top of the content, so that the user doesn't need to go into the master page to change the backgrund picture. Is that possible?

In a word, No -- Master Slide content is accessible only in the Slide Master
view.

The only alternatives I can suggest would be to create a separate image file
for each different logo & use them as actual Backgrounds rather than as
master content, provide multiple masters, or create separate custom Themes
[formerly known as Design Masters]. I'm not sure either of those is
preferable to editing the master, though.

If you can more explicitly describe your objective perhaps someone can offer
additonal options.
