Master Proj w 78 Sub Proj Error Msg

There was an earlier post in this group and I did not see
a final answer. I was also interested in why this
happened to this person and if it is a knownlimitation
for MS Project.

"I have a Master Project which has 78 other projects
inserted in them. The Master Project has not been
published. When I try to Insert to a new project I get
the
error:

Mo More Projects can be Opened.
close some project files, including files that share a
resource pool or are linked to other project files and
then try again.


But th eother projects in the Master are NOT open
Whats this error msg ? "
