Hi all,
We have different levels of project managers. The botton level managers are responsible for their own subproject. The manager above may consolidate different subprojects (which have their own bottom level managers) and create task dependencies between tasks from different subprojects. This hierarchy replicates to the upper levels until the program management level
How can we build this kind of consolidated projects on project server 2003 and have different project managers for each subproject?
From our research, we have seen that Microsoft documentation does not advise publishing a master project as it would create duplications for resources. Furthermore it would be published at the same level as the subprojects (which is not intended).
Thanks in advance.
Marcos Pinto.
