Master Projects in MS Server

In the future, please post your Project Server questions in the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is devoted to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. Yes, when you open a master
project in Project Server, the system checks out all of the subprojects in
the master project. Therefore, no one can make changes to any one of the
subprojects while you have them checked out. Hope this helps.

If I check out a Master Project from MS Server, which has all of my
individual projects inserted into it, then are all of the projects checked
out to me as well?

If not, then what happens if I make changes to the Master while someone else
is making changes to the included projects?
