master shape and inheritance

I've created new master shapes. When I want to change some things in the
master shape, the instances of the master shape don't change at all.

Is there anything to do at the creation of the master shape ?

You need to change the document master that is created in the Document
Stencil
File --> Shapes --> Show Document Stencil
