J J Baird Jan 20, 2004 #2 It's for filtering Enterprise Resources that have the same "Skill Code" as the resource on the right side of the [Build team...[] dialog box. The "Skill Code" is an Enterprise Resource Outline Code (in the enterprise template) that has [Use this code for matching generic resources] checked.
