Match calendar creation

Hi
i would like to create an application in order to create automatically a
match calendar for soccer, volley or other sports.
Since i have no idea how to do i ask if anyone can help me.
the idea is to have 6 teams for each group (but can even vary, for ex 8, 10,
ecc) and the table can be organized with a position and team name fields

Position teamname
01 team1
02 team2
03 team3
04 team4
05 team5
06 team6

The result should be like below
