Matching 2 cases at once.

How do you use VLookup (or another command) to find an entry that i
dependant on two other entries at once? In other words, A i
independent, B is dependent on A, and C is dependent on A and B. M
brain hurts

Hi Mae1778. In the "search for" dialog box type "lookup multiple items" , go
to post lookup/if statements and look at Dave Peterson's response. HTH

Once you know what's in A2 and B2...

=index(othersheet!$c$1:$c$10,
match(1,(a2=othersheet!$a$1:$a$100)*(b2=othersheet!$b$1:$b$100),0))
