MAX function

I am using the following formula =MAX(Revenue!L689:L694)+6 and it seems to be
hubg up as the cell shows only the formula, no result. I've checked
formatting for the cells, etc., but no go. The numbers being referenced are
years (2010, 2006, 2007, 2008, etc), so this should be an easy calc. Is
there a bug out there?

Make sure the cell is formatted as 'General', and re-enter the formula...

An easy way to do this is to select the cell, format the cell to General
and then without exiting the cell press F2 and then the Enter key.

If you just select the cell and change the format from Text to General,
Excel may not actually change the format...
