What is the maximum message size for an e-mail?

It depends on the limits set at your ISP as well as those of the
recipients'. Can you zip the file?

That message is being generated by your recipient's mail server. Their ISP
or company has elected to limit the size of incoming messages to a value
smaller than your spreadsheet.
