Max Number of custom fields

Does anybody know the maximum number of user defiend fields that can be
added to a single outlook form?

Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]

There is no hard and fast number, but I start getting nervous around
175-200. The limitation is that an Outlook item can store only 32k of data,
in addition to the message body.
