depends on your definition of a record and how many sheets you have in a
workbook ... but basically a worksheet can have 256 columns and 65536 rows,
and the number of worksheets a workbook can have is only limited by your
computer's power (theoretically, at least) .. for more details have a look
under "Excel specifications and limits" in help
