maximize window

when i start my Access application from the desktop (shortcut) the
application is
doing what i want...
when i start my Access application via MS Explorer (Intranet) the
application do not
maximized the Access window (read: Access Application Window, not a Form
window)...?
In the Open or Load Event from the startup form i use RunCommand
acCmdAppMaximize

???
