maximum number of PST?

I have a user that is using Outlook 2002 and would like to know how many PST
files can be managed by Outlook 2002.

Hi John,

i heard a number of 128 PST files.

A customer of us created more (255 PST files) but another customer get
problems with the 129th PST files in his Outlook.

So we think, the limit is 128 PST files.
