Maximun size

In MS Access 97 receiving an error message "database hase reached the
maximum size"

What is cause / solution?

Perhaps the database has reached its maximum size?

In Access 97, an MDB file cannot exceed 1 GB.

So you should try Compacting it to recover any free space.
