I'm using Access 2003, trying to add an autonumber field to a local table
with 1.6 million records.
I've got the MaxLocksPerFile value set at 36,000. What number do I have to
set it at? Can it be too high? Can I set it at 500,000?
I've got a local table, opened in Exclusive Mode, with no record locking.
Why is it even looking at MaxLocksPerFile, anyway?
