May Be Over the Activiation Limit?

My previous computer has crashed, and unfortunately, my Office 2003 software
along with it. Here are my questions:

1) My copy of Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition allows installations
on up to three computers. However, I believe I have used all three
installations up (home computer, school computer, and laptop). How do I
verify that I have no more installations remaining?

2) If I have "run out" of installations (and I can't "un-do" the
installation on my recently deceased computer), do I have to purchase the
software again at the store, or is it more cost-effective to purchase
additional installations over the phone from Microsoft? If so - any ideas
how much that may cost?

Try the Internet activation first, if that fails just use the phone method.
