May I add adobe Acrobat pdf. files to web site?

I am attempting to redesign a web stie for a motorcycle group I belong to
using MS Publisher and I want to add Adobe Acrobat pdf. files and other files
to the site and don't seem to be able to do.

Any Help would be appreciated
