Recently I have transferred my emails from webmail to Outlook. My ISP's
webmail software exported as an Mbox file but much to my disappointment
Outlook could not import it. This is what I did to get round this.
1. Download IMAPSize from http://www.broobles.com/imapsize/download.php
2. Convert Mbox file to eml files using IMAPsize tools.
3. Drag and drop eml files into Outlook Express.
4. In Outlook select import internet mail and addresses from Outlook Express.

Wham bam, its done. U can do sent mails as well but do them first and copy
them into the correct sent folder. If not u can separate them out as the
from address will be your email!

Hope this helps someone.

Alan

It seems a little extreme to me to separate all of the messages in the mbox
data store into separate EML files wnen it's failrly easy to convert the
mbox into a format that Outlook Express can handle all by itself. No extra
tools required.
