MCI events handling

Hi all,

I am wondering whether it is possible to have an
application (VBA?) handling all the MCI events for playing
videos in PPT. What this application can do is to be able
to find out whether on a specific page there is a video
that is being played when a user is doing presentation
with PPT, and some additional information about this video
clip such as position, window size, etc.

As far as I know, the MSPPT9.old exposes the PlaySettings
interface and the mci (or Media Clip) also exposes a set
of interfaces. I am not sure how I can proceed...
