That is a problem with clamwin, not outlook. See if there forums have a

I am now using security solutions, do I need to reload it or delete it and
down load clamwin?

I'd guess you need to remove or repair clamwin to fix it, but the clamwin
experts in their forum would know best, not outlook experts in an outlook
forum.
