MDAC 2.8 and Project 2002

Question. We are running MSP 2002 server and using MDAC
2.7.1 on the servers and desktops. Does anyone know of
any issues running Server 2002 and MDAC 2.8? Also, any
known issues with the MDAC patch for vresions 2.5 -> 2.8
relative to MSP 2002?

I recommend 2.8 as being the most trouble free I've yet experienced.

I have not seen issues with 2.8.

If you have Project Server installed across several machines you will
want to ensure that all servers have the same version of MDAC and the
same version of MSXML installed. I have seen some issues where servers
have different versions of these components. FYI
