MDAC 2.8 SP2 for Windows XP (was: SBS 2003 and PS2003)

After going thru everything the only problem I've got is difference in MDAC
files.

Server has MDAC 2.8 SP2
Client has MDAC 2.8 SP1

When I run Project Professional on Win XP x64 (it has MDAC 2.8 SP2) it run
perfectly.

So - how to update MDAC to 2.8 SP2 on client, or you maybe have some other
idea how to overcome it.
