I lost my mda file and i now need to make change to a form. How can I create
a MDA file of my mde file?

You meant re-creating a MDB file from an MDE file?

Sorry, it is NOT possible since the canonical Text component of the code has
been removed from the MDE format.

If I use MDE, I tend to keep about 3 copies on the source MDB files just in
case I lose one.
