mde problem

Dear All,

I'm using MS Access 2003 SP 3.

I made the mde file
but it has different behavior (snapshot viewer does not open and Arabic
chars written in VBA (hard coded) not readable, some macros or command
expressions do not work) on different machines (same 2003 and SP3 copies).

what am I missing?
Should I attach the references with the mde?
