As a new legal user, while trying to understand more on office 2003, I
reached a page for "Demo, set up home office" and tried to watch the demo,
but landed at a page asking for username and password under " Netcache". My
net password didnot help there. What am I supposed to do, to watch the demo?

Hi Mani,

The Demo at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011710151033.aspx
is for MS Office Visio 2003 (not included in the MS Office Product Suites).

Are you using MS Internet Explorer 6 as your browser?

Is Office 2003 installed?

Did you work through the 'troubleshooting' steps on the
above page?

Do you have the same issue with other Office demos on
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010804491033.aspx

Do you have a firewall product that may prevent access
by one of the Office apps or the Windows Media Player from
accessing the needed internet files?
