Me Again: About Forms

I made a form and a guest book and each one, once I hit
submit, give me Error 404- wrong page. It never emails me
the results although I've directed it to and I never get a
confirmation once I've filled out the form.
Does anyone have a small handgun I can borrow?
Thanks,
Rhonda

Ok
1st. you need to remove all spaces from folder and file names and replace them with underscores _
or dashes -
Prayer Request Form.htm needs to be Prayer_Request_Form.htm or Prayer-Request-Form.htm You will
need to redo the forms pages using forms properties to replace the file names. This applies to all
files in the site.

2nd you're trying to email to 2 email address that are incorrect. The addresses need to be part of
the site domain, such as [email protected]

That's usually a "file not found"
Check your filenames. Use _ underscores or - hyphens in place of spaces.
My personal preference is to use all lowercase as well (in folders too)

did you upload the confirmation page (or did you use the 'default' page?) that it
generates the 404 not found error is looking for some page or other that was not
published....
