I have just installed Office XP Pro and I have set my
measurement units in centimetres (Tools/Options/General
etc.) but the rulers at the top of the page and down the
left margin are showing something else. The units showing
appear to be approx. half the specified centimetres i.e.
the numerical scale is about twice instead of running from
0-16 it seems to run from 0-38 - same width page (A4). If I
set a tab and then double click on it to see what tab
postion has been set it shows the units in 'ch'. I have no
idea what these are and I just cannot get the cm units to show.
