I need to find a way to transfer all of my old downloaded clipart from a
previous installation of Office 2000 and make it available for Office 2003.

If you have the Clip Gallery on your computer you can still use it with Office 2003.
Insert, object, scroll down to Microsoft Clip Gallery. You can use the Gallery as a
standalone, drag the CAG icon to your desktop, you will not be able to insert, but
you can drag and drop. The Gallery is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Artgalry
The Organizer can use the old clipart but you will have to create categories and
keywords.

The folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Artgalry
no longer exists. However the Media Catalog folder in the users profile is
still there, complete with all of the downloaded clipart images in multiple
sub-folders. These are the images I am trying to display in the Clip
Organizer; however, I am unable to import them.

The installation was achieved via Group Policy (managed installation)/Active
Directory, which uninstalled the old unmanaged installation (while
maintaining the previous settings).
